Use of the Kaptrix platform is governed by the engagement letter executed between Kaptrix and the institutional client. These site terms apply to general access of public materials and supplement, but do not supersede, the engagement letter.

Diligence outputs are intended to support, not replace, the judgment of qualified investment, underwriting, and operating professionals. Kaptrix does not provide investment advice and does not warrant any specific commercial outcome.

Client-supplied artifacts remain the property of the client. Methodology, scoring logic, and the platform itself remain the property of Kaptrix and are licensed for use as defined in the engagement letter.
