Client data handling.

Kaptrix processes client-supplied artifacts solely to produce the diligence outputs commissioned under the applicable engagement letter. Engagement data is logically isolated per client and is not used to train shared models or to inform unrelated engagements.

Generated reports, scoring records, and audit trails are retained for the duration of the engagement and any defined retention window specified in the engagement letter. Clients may request export or deletion of engagement data at any time.

Subprocessors are limited to infrastructure providers required to operate the platform. A current subprocessor list is available on request for qualified institutional teams.
